Having had extensive industrial and public sector experience all of our professional staff have been involved in the management of emergency response incidents.  All are acutely aware of the need to take control of an emerging incident to be able to maintain control and prevent the incident from becoming a disaster.  While we provide crisis management training to deal with those incidents that go beyond the point where they are considered minor incidents our primary focus is directed at managing the event in its early stages to maintain control.
